This year because of the snow storm the Marc by Marc Jacobs show was moved to Lincoln Center. Rachel and I were disappointed at first because we thought this would be an annoying place to shoot--considering there are whole bunch of tents and who knows which door the models are going to come out from.
However, we were happily surprised at how easy it was to find the backstage door...
I was experimenting with my action shots. I love the pictures that are all blurry in the background with a bit of focus. I feel like they better capture the mood. Especially considering that Marc Jacobs' shows
always start on time and if you are late... there is no entry. So you can imagine why everyone looks rushed.

Daphne Groeneveld
Cara Delevingne
This location was really interesting. The craziest part was how many fan-girls were there waiting for Cara Delevingne. I mean, I knew she was a popular lady... but I didn't think she was THAT popular. How did this even happen? My roommate Rachel is completely weirded out. She keeps pointing out how Cara has been a silent Burberry model for years and then in two seconds she blows up. At this location people were actually sprinting after her car. Sprinting. She's a model not Beyonce.
I think what was the most irritating was that the people were only waiting for Cara. Not anybody else. They were giving us weird looks for taking pictures of the other gorgeous girls leaving the white tents. They get a blurry picture of Cara's ankle and are crying their eyes out but when the stunning Daphne Groeneveld walks by and even smiles at them they don't even notice. These people are nuts.
